We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS to most countries.

Canada

Yes, we ship to Canada by United States Postal Service (USPS).  In our experience, this has been the most cost-effective method for us to ship products to Canada.  Automatic shipping rates calculation is coming to CPAD soon.  In the meantime, we ask that you contact us for rates and shipping options prior to placing your order.

Other International Destinations

Global checkout is coming to CPAD soon.  In the meantime, we ask that you contact us for rates and shipping options prior to placing your order.  Not all international shipping options include tracking and can sometimes take 4-6 weeks to get to you.  We recommend selecting premium or courier shipping services whenever available.  Insurance is required for some destinations.

Payment

At the moment, we can process international orders only with payments by American Express, Discover, Master Card and VISA.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We do our best to describe the contents and value of each package accurately. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs/duties/taxes/brokerage/destination charges, or any delays or non-delivery caused by the carrier or customs, or causes beyond our control.  Returns/reshipments, if necessary, would be at the customer's expense.
