Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, or have received a damaged or defective item, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. Please fill out and submit the form below to get your RMA number and return instructions.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.

If the merchandise is defective or damaged on arrival due to shipping, a claim must be made immediately for a replacement product. If your product becomes defective after 30 days, please follow the Warranty Policy included with the product.

We do our best to handle returns promptly. However, it can sometimes take up to 7 business days to process your exchange or refund from the day it is received.
